Professional Photography and Floor Plan:
We have an in house photographer/floor planner who uploads the photos and floor plans of your property on the same day he inspects it.

Referrals :
At the time of writing this paragraph, we received an e-mail from an applicant called L Bain which reads: “Many thanks again for all your help in our search. Coutts de Lisle is definitely far and way above the others we dealt  with.” And this is an applicant for whom the properties we had were not suitable. Imagine the testimonials we get from applicants for whom our properties are a good solution. We much prefer to get a referrals from applicants who approve our service. Whoever they refer us to, in their corporate organisation, will probably already be the quality tenant we are looking for and will start their search with us with the trust already created by the referee.

Web Marketing:
Back in 2003, we noticed that 80% of our revenue was being generated from enquiries from the internet as opposed to people walking in our shops. That is when we decided to become a web based letting agency with teams, as different from offices, covering different postcodes.
