We can arrange rent protection for assured shorthold tenancies only, that is tenancies with a maximum monthly rental of £2,083.33. For us to be able to arrange a rent protection insurance, they need to pass a reference organised by our reference agency. There is a cost of £36 for each reference. Once the tenant passes the reference, for a fee of £45 plus VAT for six months or £80 plus VAT for 12 months, our reference agency will insure the rent as follows:

A 6 or 12 month rent protection and legal expenses warranty which covers loss of rent up to £2,083.33 per month and legal expenses authorised or incurred by FCC Paragon, including court costs to obtain vacant possession after non-payment of rent. This rent protection is subjet to the terms and conditions of our reference agency.
